Fixed Roller Crosses, Var 1
Drawing No:These Roller Crosses have fixed openings and are available in different configurations, including versions with one openable roller to simplify product insertion. Various roller diameters and opening widths can be selected to match product dimensions. Standard rollers are HRX (hardened steel with a chrome layer), with polyurethane or plastic options also available.

Fixed Roller Crosses, Var 2
Drawing No:These Roller Crosses, commonly referred to as Roller Boxes, feature a fixed opening window ranging from 6 mm (0.24") to 130 mm (5.1"). Roller diameters typically range from 25 mm (1") to 60 mm (2.4"). Standard roller material is HRX (hardened steel cylinders with a hard chromium coating). Other material options, such as PA6 or tungsten carbide, are also available.

Mini Roller Guide Systems
Drawing No:These Roller Guides have one horizontal roller and two vertical rollers. When the knob is turned the vertical rollers D20mm close down to zero opening. HRX Rollers (hardened steel cylinder with a chrome layer) are standard, but other materials like Polyurethan or plastic are also available.

RGU Rotary Guide Units Synchronized
Drawing No:This series of synchronized RGUs ensures identical settings for the inlet pair of guide rollers (or pulleys) and the outlet pair of guides. The rotational movement of the inlet and outlet pairs of guides is connected and synchronized via a mechanical shaft, which can be operated either manually or pneumatically. A one-hand operation to adjust both inlet and outlet guides guarantees precise guiding of a round or flat product (see double plane DP) during a laser measuring process. This system is typically used for laser length counters, where a perpendicular laser beam to the product is essential for accurate readings. Additional applications include diameter measurements and Lump and Neckdown detection processes.

Roller Cross, Lower Fixed
Drawing No:Sturdy Roller Cross, available in both left- and right-hand configurations. Equipped with D60 HRX rollers (hardened steel with hard chromium plating), with the lower horizontal roller fixed in position. The remaining rollers are adjustable via a small handwheel.

Roller Guides with rollers in 45° angle
Drawing No:These roller guides have rollers positioned at a 45° angle, maintaining a consistent centerline height across various product dimensions. HRX rollers (hardened steel cylinders with a chrome layer) are standard, but other materials such as polyurethane or plastic are also available. They are available in different block sizes, allowing for varying opening windows.

Roller Systems; opening 30mm (1.18’’)
Drawing No:These Roller Guides have one horizontal roller and two vertical rollers. When the knob is turned the vertical rollers D30mm close down to zero opening. Length of vertical rollers, typically 60, 90 or 90mm long. HRX Rollers (hardened steel cylinder with a chrome layer) are standard, but other materials like Polyurethan or plastic are also available.
-
Roller Systems; opening 35mm (1,37")
Drawing No:These Roller Guides feature two horizontal rollers and two vertical rollers. Each set of rollers is independently adjustable: one knob controls the vertical rollers, allowing for an opening from 0 to 35 mm, while the other knob adjusts the horizontal rollers within the same range. HRX Rollers (hardened steel cylinder with a chrome layer) are standard, but other materials like Polyurethan or plastic are also available.

V-Guide system, TLU
Drawing No:Precision guiding for wires and cables with diameters ranging from 0 to 50 mm. The clever design allows lumps, knots, or joints to pass through. TLU – Top Line Unit: When the V-rollers close, they guide the product upward against the horizontal roller. This setup is ideal for maintaining a specific stand-off distance between, for example, a laser length counter beam and the product being measured.
