RGU Rotary Guide Units Synchronized

Description

This series of synchronized RGUs ensures identical settings for the inlet pair of guide rollers (or pulleys) and the outlet pair of guides. The rotational movement of the inlet and outlet pairs of guides is connected and synchronized via a mechanical shaft, which can be operated either manually or pneumatically. A one-hand operation to adjust both inlet and outlet guides guarantees precise guiding of a round or flat product (see double plane DP) during a laser measuring process. This system is typically used for laser length counters, where a perpendicular laser beam to the product is essential for accurate readings. Additional applications include diameter measurements and Lump and Neckdown detection processes.
